I've always been fascinated by Pink and I love everything in this color. So when I heard about the Make Me Pink shade by Maybelline I got curious. I saw some posts online and ordered it . I'll have to say that I don't repent buying it.
So Maybelline Color Sensational Range is something every beauty conscious lady is aware of. These come in a very cute color coded packaging and reasonable price.
Maybelline Color Sensational Make Me Pink
Price :300/- (I guess they have raised the price to 350 now)
Color:
The Color is a very light baby pink shade with bluish undertones. Darker ladies might feel it hard to carry as this washes you out. Even for me I use my Oriflame Lip Liner in Perfect Pink under it to help it stay longer and to show the shade clearly. It is a very light shade and though color payoff is good it will not be able to hide pigmentation fully so for those with pigmented lips use a Lip liner underneath.
Consistency:
It's very creamy and glides like a dream . .I feel that these do not dry out the lips . But I must warn you if you have a bit dry do exfoliate your lips before applying. these have a very sweet toffee smell which is not at all OTT and is quite pleasing.
Staying Power:
With a Lip Liner it stays around six hours for me with light snacks in between. Without it the staying power is 4 hours max . . But for me this is not a problem as I really love this shade. I feel some may find this shade unflattering .
