Who does not love pizza's and I bet you are thinking of feasting on one right now . .:)
So I thought why not share my own recipe which I use to make some quick and healthy snack. It serves great as a dinner substitute also so here I go with the recipe. This recipe is a hit among kids and I bet it'll be also a hit with your family members too. The below recipe serves 4 adults.

1.Firstly take a pan and over medium heat add the oil and fry the chicken pieces, the bell pepper and mushroom till the chicken changes color and the vegetables are tender
Or
Take a microwave safe bowl, add oil and all the vegetables and the mushroom and the chicken pieces and microwave at 100% power for 30-45 secs.
2. Then take the pizza bases and spread the pizza spread or tomato sauce and spread it evenly on the base.
3.Then add the toppings and over it sprinkle the grated cheese. Also do not forget to add the pepper and salt.
4.Then bake for 15 minutes at 400 degree Celsius till the cheese changes color and remove from microwave. Now enjoy your healthy pizza

- 4 medium sized pizza bases (available at local market and also in supermarkets)
- Chicken 150gm (preferably boneless and s;iced into 1/2 inch thick pieces)
- Tomato sauce/ Pizza Spread 3-4 tablespoon
- Tomatoes -3 average sized ones chopped into thin slices
- Onions-2/3 average sized ones chopped into thin slice
- Bell peppers in yellow red and orange sliced and if they are not available regular capsicum is also fine
- Mushroom 100gm (sliced) *Optional
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cheese 25gm grated
- Pepper and Salt as desired
