Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush Soft Plum -40

Hello beauties,

I hope all of you are hale and hearty. . I have a strange tendency, whenever I am tensed or I am feeling hot or just when I am exposed to the sun, the apple of my cheeks turn naturally rosy . . It felt nice when I was young but now it feels like a big headache . . I don't know why this happens. . So till recently I was not really into blushes . . But after reading numerous posts on Maybelline Mousse blushes I thought I could try one  . .I ordered it online along with a Lakme Loose Powder  . . And till now I've used it on like 4/5 occasions and have really liked what I discovered. .

The shade is a very light pinkish shade and is not bright at all . .I feel the intensity can easily be varied with the quantity of the product. The product has small glitter particles which are not very prominent .
The product comes in a very small tub . .A glass tub and a pink lid . .With the name, shade and othet info printed. On the base of the tub the mfg date and other info are printed.

You need very little product for each application . .I just gently dab my finger in the tub and apply on the apple of my cheeks and blend it thoroughly until my temples.  . The effect is a healthy pinkish glow which is sober even for a day wear  . .The subtle shimmer does not create any fuss and the application is so easy . .I find it so easy than blending in powder blushes . .

I added the last photo to let you see the small glittery particles . .They did not come up in the swatches so I had to blend it in . .Sorry , the pic is a bit off focus . . :(

Pro's:

• Very wearable pink .. Would suit fair to medium skinned girls . .
• Great for day or office as the shade is very subtle
• Price is affordable  . .Rs 200 for a blush is a steal
• Blending is easy
• Cute packaging
• No harsh smell

Con's:

• I have searched it again online and have not found this one . .So it may be out of stock online but you can try beauty stores . .
• Quantity is very little . .even though you need very little product each time
• Shimmers may be a problem who want a matte blush
• Application may be a problem to some . .
