Chicken Reshmi Kebab Easy and Simple

Hey Dearies

I am just in the mood to cook and have been cooking special items throughout this week.

 So this is also a great recipe to try out if you have a party or guests coming home and want to make a Yummy starter . 

So here goes


Ingredients:

  • Chicken: 800 Gm of Boneless Chicken (Breasts, without skin) cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • Cream :Preferably heavy CREAM 100ML
  • Lemon Juice: 7/8 lemon juice extracted
  • Butter:30Gm
  • Ginger: 5-6Gm
  • Garlic: 6-7 cloves
  • Peppers: Medium sized peppers/Jalapeno Peppers (As per taste) chopped
  • Cilantro: 50gm
  • Almonds: 5-6 pieces

Instructions:

  • Soak the almonds in a small bowl for 10-15 minutes and after soaking drain the water
  • Take the Almonds, the pepper, cilantro, ginger and garlic and mix it well using a Mixer until a smooth paste
  • Later add the lemon juice and salt as per taste and mix again
  • Add the Cream to the mixture and pour all of the mixture in a glass(Non -metal) bowl and add chicken.
  • Cover the chicken pieces with mixture evenly and cover 
  • Keep in refrigerator for 24 hours
  • Prepare your OTG or Grill at max temp. 
  • Lightly oil the Grill Grate
  • Take out Chicken from Marination and thread into Skewers for Grilling
  • Now Brush all sides with Butter and arrange the Skewers onto the Grate
  • Slowly cook the chicken and repeatedly keep turning the sides and keep brushing the sides with Butter after a few minutes. 
  • After it is thoroughly cooked on each side remove from grill and remove the pieces from the skewers.
  • Serve hot with chatni or dip
